Do you guarantee that I will secure a rental?
No. Availability and acceptance depend on the market, landlord, agent and your circumstances. We improve the structure, focus and local execution of the search but cannot guarantee an outcome.
Are deposits, agency fees or rent included?
No. Rent, deposits, agency charges and other third-party property costs are paid separately by the client.
